In month of December had a site visite by USCIS officer and was interviewed about Job and Job responsibilities. Then he asked for more documents through email, pay stubs, resume, performance , evaluation. With help of HR I did send all documents. On 30th October 2020 the status of H1B was changed to NOIR and my employer received the NOIR document on 4th of November 2020. HR stated that NOIR was about job responsibility and speciality occupation. I work full time for my employer on Client project, at Employers office near to client location. H1B is filed on level 1 wage. I need to know what option do I have now. Thank you Quote Link to comment
