I am struggling to understand what documents should be submitted under additional evidence section Religious record - I don't have religious records, since Baptism is not common in my religion? School records- Will 10th CBSE board certificate be considered conclusive? Census records- There isn't a way to obtain census records? Written statements- It seems in lieu of the above documents an affidavit can be submitted. Would someone be able to provide more details about the format and requirements of the affidavit. Apparently, it's just a written statement from someone present at the event. 2. Are there any other steps other than filing I-130? Quote Link to comment
