I am currently enrolled in a university and working in CPT. I am required to travel to Canada to activate my PR. Once done, I would like to return to the US and then move completely once my second master's is done. Am I eligible to re enter the US if the return travel is within 30 days without having to go for Visa Stamping? I intend to travel by road since its a shorter distance from where I live. If I am not allowed and stay back in Canada? Will I be eligible to work from Canada for my existing client and employer in US? Quote Link to comment
