It will be effective only from Nov 1 right - not from the date of announcement? My priority date is Oct 2010 EB3. I have sent all my docs to attorney and i believe they will file it before end of this week. But if the Nov bulletin comes tomorrow and if my attorney did not file by tomorrow I would miss the boat? (Just spoke to one my friend who said that it would be effective immediately so worried now) Quote Link to comment
