My Spouse H4 Visa validity is till 08/30/2021, my visa validity was reduced to 11/30/2020 after H1B amendment.

My visa extension is filed and in progress now, should I file H4 extension for my wife before 11/30/2020 ? 

Since she has i94 valid till 08/30/2021, should I file it before 3 months of its expiry ?

Please advise
