My H1B Visa stamping in the passport was expired in March-2020. My employer is filing AOS 485/765/131 This Month. I plan to continue with my H1B Status. Can I travel outside of the US while AP (131) is pending and go for H1B Stamping in my home country? I plan to use H1B to enter US.Is it considered abandoning 485? Is it mandatory to have valid H1B Visa Stamping or AP in hand before leaving the US while 485 is pending? Quote Link to comment
