Ashokpriya Posted October 14, 2020 Report Share Posted October 14, 2020 Hi, I am in EB3 have priority date as July 2014 and applying I-485 now for my husband (he has his own I-140) and daughter. I have plan to go to India in 2022 and by that time myself and husband would have received my Green card EAD. My question is, if i (myself and kids alone) go to India before i get my Green card, will my husband loose his (Green Card) EAD and he can get his Green Card without my presence in US? Qn is, whether my husband will get GC and citizenship without my presence in US (with the GC EAD which i am going to get for him using my I-140 and my job)?
