She did H4 to H1 COS in US based on approved I140 and her H1 is valid from March 2020. She travelled to India in May due to family emergency and got stuck due to proclamation. She has already applied for EA appointment for H1 but we are not confidence it will get approved. My question is if she want to go for H4 visa stamping now will she be eligible for drop box as her previous visa was also H4 and it's expired in last 12 months. Does the H4 to H1 COS in US come into play in this scenario? or do we just go by last visa stamping in the passport? Thanks! Quote Link to comment
