reddy33 Posted October 9, 2020 Report Share Posted October 9, 2020 Hi, My employer has filed Perm/140 for the location where I am living now. My date is current and in the process of filing 485. But, recently my employer has shutdown this location permanently and asked us to work remotely. Currently, we are all working remotely from the same city. My home is one mile away to my office location. I am doing the same job as Perm but not in the office, doing one mile away from location. My employer is fortune 100 company and has many branches. I can move to any Branch in US but not moving because of GC 485 Filing. Do you see any issue in filing 485? Quote Link to comment
