H1BUser24 Posted October 9, 2020 Report Share Posted October 9, 2020 Hello, As priority dates advanced for EB2 and EB3 category recently, I am looking to downgrade from EB2 to EB3 through previous employer (with whom I had I-140 approved under EB2, for me it is not current, however it is current per EB3 priority date) if they agrees to do it.
