  1. I was working with employer A who had filed my I-140 and was approved and left them 2 years ago. Now I want to go back and join them. Employer withdrew my I-140. Now if I join them again what is the process?
    • Do they have to do the whole process again (What all steps need to be taken - filing LC, perm etc,)
    •                                                    OR
    • Do they have to just apply for perm using old approved LCA?
    • Will there be any drawbacks?
    • How long the process with take?
    • Can my I-140 be filed again with old perm?
