Enthrall Posted October 6, 2020 Report Share Posted October 6, 2020 I see the language of the stimulus bill contains to stop spillover from Family-based to Employment-based. October VB, dates were considered with spillover from FB to EB. What happens to dates if the stimulus bill is approved in its current context? Will USCIS/DOS publishes new VB again?
