moving back to original Location - still need new PERM?

Hi,

My approved PERM and I140 are for Location A and Job Title X 

Now i am at Location B (moved for personal reasons) and job title Y (job promotion/natural progression). Employer is the same.

My EB2 PD is June 2011. There is a fair chance that my PD will be current in next visa bulletin. 

The immigration team just informed me that I will need a new PERM and I-140 due to location change.

My question is - If I "temporarily" move back to Location A now (rent a place there, get my work location officially changed to Location A with HR), do I still need to file a new PERM? Will I have any issues with changing location now or will this raise any red flags? 

I can go-through new PERM process but that just means it will delay my I485 especially if my PD becomes current next month. What do you recommend?
