Company B has not even started PERM for me. Now that dates are moving for EB2. Questions : 1. Can I file my I-485 with my company A, without rejoining them ? 2. Can I wait rejoining Company A till my GC is approved? 3. What kind of issues I may come across if I file, in terms of AOS approval? Quote Link to comment
