agk Posted October 5, 2020 Report Share Posted October 5, 2020 Please advise.I have two approved I-140s (EB2) with different employers. one with current employer and second with future employer where I am planning to join very soon may be after a month. I also have H1-B transferred to future employer. Can I file I-485 with new employer before I join them? Is there any issue? Is paystubs required from new employer?Thanks Quote Link to comment
