Karthik1979 Posted October 1, 2020 Report Posted October 1, 2020 so my Eb2 Nov 2010 is current and my wife EB3 2010 is also current under the filing date. 1) Can we both file like in hers i will be the dependent and in mine she will be the dependent. I was told this possible as both are separate application and when one gets current, you can withdraw the other petition. we will get 2 EAD and 2 APs and i know one has to spend for the other application. Can someone please help or advise if they have gone through this. Quote
