gceb2now
Hello. I was let go by my employer a week before my EB-2 PD became current. I have asked my employer if they could sign the I-485 supplement J so that I could file AOS on my own - they could potentially consider it but they are concerned that the form says that I am employed with them.My understanding is I-485 Supplement J form is for a prospective/future employment whenever my I-485 is approved and it doesn't mean that I am employed with them while filing AOS. If the employer is willing to sign the form, it doesn't mean that I am employed with them at the time of filing AOS - correct? Can someone help me answer? Quote Link to comment
