My I-140 priority date is current, but I am in Canada working for same company, can I still file I485?

Hello,

My I-140 priority date is current, but I am working for same company in Canada.

Can i file I-485?

My H1 has expired last year but i have a B1/B2 visa ( which I got personally not through company).

Please advise if I can do anything?
