I am current with EB2 with priority date in Dec 2010, My wife has EB2 with Priority Date Sep 2012
 
1. Can i File under EB2 and make my wife as dependent, Plus
2. She files a downgrade to EB3 and makes me dependent, her employer is supportive of downgrade. 
 
Anyone is or was in this situation, share your thoughts.
