Approved I-140 with past Employer revoked, but USCIS status shows still active.

I had approved I-140 with past Employer A, and when i switched jobs, they sent a revocation letter to USCIS. Currently, my PERM is pending with current Employer B, and I am my Priority date became current.

I am trying to switch to Employer A, as the USCIS still shows old I-140 as "Active". I am concerned whether, once I-485 file gets into process, USCIS may come back and say that old I-140 got revoked, and no longer valid. Status of old 140 shows "active" presently., However, my old Employer A sent revocation letter back in 2014.

What are my chances of getting I-485 filed successfully with my old Employer A?
