I worked with a single employer for 11 years, moved back to India on retirement and currently not working. Since I fulfilled the social security guidelines by contributing for more than 40 quarters and attained 65 years of age, I have been getting my monthly social security benefits being deposited to my US bank account. Now I would like to move my case to NVC to get my future GC. Can I apply on my own to USCIS to push my case to NVC and what are the conditions I need to fulfill? What is the fee to pay towards my application? Quote
