learner2009 Posted September 29, 2020 Report Posted September 29, 2020 Hi, I am about to file for I-485, would there be an issue down the line or may be at the time of GC because my father surname is missing on my Passport? Effectively my birth certificate has my father full name ( first + middle + last name ) but on my passport my father name is specified as ( first + middle name ). Unfortunately, he passed away few years back, so i don't know what options do I have or am i too much worrying and this is not going to be an issue? -Learner Quote
