Hi, I have my I140 Approved in EB3 in 2011 and later my I140 is approved in EB2 in 2016 from employer A with the priority date on April 20 2010, I joined employer B in 2019 and since now I have filing dates ready, can I apply Perm, I140 and 485 all 3 together with my new employer?
