TheReal Posted September 27, 2020 Report Posted September 27, 2020 My spouse got H1 extension approved and my H4 extension is still pending. My current H4 expired. If we apply for I485 now, and I485 decision comes before my H4 extension, and if my spouse I485 gets approved and my I485 gets denied, and if my H4 extension is still pending, can I continue to stay till my H4 extension gets approved ? or if my I485 gets denied my H4 extension also becomes invalid ?
