EAD under Compelling Circumstances and AOS/ CP

Hi, I am working using my EAD under Compelling Circumstances (C35 EAD) and my priority date for Date of Filing chart in EB2 became current last Thursday. I am no longer working for the company I had I140 approval with and the current employer in unwilling to sponsor H1B or GC. Can I still get a GC without having another employer apply for PERM? Or I can apply for AOS or CP using my current EAD and I140 from my previous employer.
