happydude9 Posted September 25, 2020 Report Posted September 25, 2020 Hi Friends, I am in a strange predicament. I have an approved EB3 I140 with PD as 2012 from my previous employer A. I moved to employer B last year and working with employer B but did not file my labor yet. My question is that is there anyway I can take advantage of the present situation of the dates being current without filing the new labor. What are my options? any suggestions are appreciated. Quote
