EB3 from previous employer, options,

Hi,

I have EB3 I 140 approved from previous employer with PD of 2014. I have not started my GC process with new employer.
1. Can I file EAD with new employer using I 140 from old. 
2. what are my options without going to old employer

3. if required to go to old employer, 

can I still work with new employer and old employer can file EAD?
