In 2019, company A took over company B and the employees of a division in Company A were merged into Company C with employees from company B. Reverse merger. now the dates for filing are current and we want to know if we can file I485 with AoS sing the same PERM from parent company. Company C is a 100% subsidiary of Company A. 2. If not possible, can we transfer back to company A and file I485 without new PERM provided the job description, salary position are the same as per existing PERM? thanks Quote Link to comment
