Filing date is current from Old Employer....New Employer has not started GC yet

Hi,

My Filing date Eb3 is current for my Old Employer and my new employer has not started my GC process yet. Can I self file I-765 and I-131 by myself or do I need my Old Employer approval. My I-140 from Old Employer is still valid.

I'm not filing I-485 as my Final Date is not current yet...only my filing date is current.

You would have to have a job offer from the old employer, because if you are filing you are stating that you will work for the old employer once the GC is approved. If you don't have that a filing would  e fraudulent.
