H1 to H4 Status changes

Dear Sir/ Madam

I am on H1 status and my spouse have H4 status, both valid till 01/15/2021. We have applied for H4 extension along with my H1 extension. After receiving my H1 extension receipt, we came to know that my spouse H1CAP(for the year 2019) petition is approved and we received I797 approval notice under H1 classification.  I would like to know ,  what could be my spouse status in case her employer revoked her H1 status. does my spouse can retain H4 status since she have H4 status validity till 01/15/2021 (and also we already applied for H4 extension) or will she be out of status?

Hi,

My I 797 got expired on 10/09/20 and My I94 is valid till 10/19/20. My Employer has filed H1b extension and it has gone for RFE. My H1b maxout is on 11/16/20. Am i eligible to file H4.
