snow1 Posted September 21, 2020 Report Posted September 21, 2020 (edited) In my (Indian) passport, my First Name column is empty and my entire name is written in Last Name column. So in all documents(i-94, H1 etc), FNU(First Name Unknown) is written instead of my First Name. I recently got my I-130 receipt where the First Name is written as 'No Name Given' instead of the usual FNU. Should I request USCIS to change it to FNU or just go along with it?Thanks for reading.
