bvittal Posted September 19, 2020 Report Posted September 19, 2020 We have applied for both H1 and H4 extension along with H4-EAD renewal in April 2020 , Though H1 was approved but there is no change in H4 application status till date,as my wife also works we would like to know the options to be in employment , being their EAD in c26 category they don't have an 180 grace period like other EAD's. will it be helpful in expediting the case ,Any help in this regard is greatly appreciated.
