t_s Posted September 18, 2020 Report Posted September 18, 2020 My parents got their GC in 2015 and are getting ready with applications for the naturalization. We have been hit with a double whammy, with one parent experiencing a stroke (and loss of speech and motor control) and the other parent with dementia. What will i need to get their N400 signed and submitted? Can I sign on their behalf and which form would i need to submit with the application? For the test waiver - which form do i need to submit? I can drive them to the interview for the judge to see them. For the oath waiver - which form do i need to submit? Is a lawyer recommended in my case? Thanks!! Quote
