My parents got their GC in 2015 and are getting ready with applications for the naturalization. We have been hit with a double whammy, with one parent experiencing a stroke (and loss of speech and motor control) and the other parent with dementia.

What will i need to get their N400 signed and submitted? Can I sign on their behalf and which form would i need to submit with the application?

For the test waiver - which form do i need to submit? I can drive them to the interview for the judge to see them.

For the oath waiver - which form do i need to submit?

Is a lawyer recommended in my case?

Thanks!!
