If I am pregnant and on H1b, am I eligible for State Disability Insurance?

Does SDI require me to be unemployed for my maternity disability insurance?

Or not paid through the company is fine without being unemployed to enroll in state disability insurance?

If I am planning to take 3 months time off and I am not paid by the company for the 3 months and SDI only covers up to 10 weeks out of the 3 months?
