Can I apply for H4 EAD with H4 pending for approval

Hi All,

My H1b is approved in premium processing (approved till 2023). Along with my H1 ,I applied for H4 extension but did not apply for H4 EAD.

I got receipt for my spouse H4 , can apply for H4 EAD with this H4 receipt  number?
