pavan2
I have approved I-140 with employer A with a priority date of 2015. I into 9 year in H1. Recently I changed to employer B. Now employer B is saying that he will not start my green card process unless priority dates moves closer to 2015. His reason is that if I get promoted they will have to re-file green card. I am trying to understand what are the risks if my I-140 is tied to previous employer 1.I have read that employer A cannot revoke I-140 anymore since i have stayed with him for more than 6 months after I-140 got approved but USCIS still can cancel my I-140 if there are any issues with employer A. Can I still renew my H1 if USCIS cancels my i-140 ? 2. can i keep renewing my h1 with employer B even though my i140 is with employer A 3. IS there any way to check if my i1-40 is revoked my either USCIS or employer are there any other issues with keeping my i-140 with employer A Edited September 17, 2020 by pavan2 Quote Link to comment
