bruno_1989 Posted September 14, 2020 Report Share Posted September 14, 2020 My H1 extension was denied last year and my employer refiled it from India this year and it was approved last month. I'm going to be travelling for the same employer and same location but since it is a cap exempt petition, it is filed as 'New' and not an extension. I'm eligible to get my visa stamped using dropbox but I do not qualify for the exceptions under the presidential proclamation. Has anyone else in the same scenario got their visa stamped in the recent weeks using dropbox? TIA Quote Link to comment
