Lokesh Thota Posted September 11, 2020 Report Posted September 11, 2020 Hi, I came to USA on L1 A (Manager or executive) VISA in May 2018 and at that time I had 4 direct report employees, however due to recent organization change, my job duty has changed to a critical individual contributor with no direct reporting employees. now my VISA is up for renewal in next march, Can I submit the VISA extension documents indicating no direct reporting employees, will that be an issue? I have a vendor team consultants reporting to me, can I include Vendor team reporting to me instead of Employees? please advise me? Quote
