H4- RFE Received

Hi Everyone, 

Need some advise and assistance in responding to the RFE for a H4 extension petition which was filed Nov 2019 . Biometrics was completed in Dec2019 , H1B Extension ( my petition was approved in premium in Feb 2020). 

Now the H4 RFE Letter Showed up in the mail asking for I94, passport, I797 A notice and a statement mentioning that what plans are being made to exit the country if the H4 is denied or expired.

Please advise.

Hi Noah, 

Well they have asked me several documents including marriage certificate, I94 cards, passport copy, i797 A of primary applicant, 

top of that we have been asked for a statement mentioning our plans for exiting the country at the end of our stay and a statement showing we effecting on any local employment in the country.  This statement is what bothering me and how to respond that back.
