I had a blanket L1 petition earlier that expired in June 2020. I applied for extension and my extension is approved. I now have a L1 Individual petition valid till May 2022. Would my family be able to travel on the existing L2 stamped visa carrying a copy of my latest approved L1A Individual petition? Or do I need to do a new L2 stamping before my family can travel to US? Please reply. Regards Satya Acharya Quote
