Laid off with approved i-140, h1b visa expiring in April 2020

Hi,

I am on H1b visa which is valid till April 2021 and I have approved I-140. I got laid off this month and I don’t see a possibility of finding new job in next 60 days. I am planning to move back to India and take a break and come back to US later in future finding a new employer. 
1. is this possible? 

2. if yes, do I have any advantage if I plan to come back before visa expiry in April 2021 ( like avoid stamping etc) 

3. My I-140 was approved with principal engineer designation but eventually I moved to managerial role. can I come back as manager?

4. It seems like I am miss placed  original I-140 approval notice ( or I guess it was never delivered). But I do have a soft copy of it. Will this cause any issues in future?
