beekay99 Posted August 23, 2020 Report Share Posted August 23, 2020 Hello Friends, My (Myself and spouse and kid) priority date is current (EB1A) and have received RFE for medicals. I have already done medicals and ready to send. Spouse and kid are in India (Have valid Advance parole) and they need to do medicals here in India and also unable to travel due to COVID. They may come soon once I book tickets and may take some time. I spoke to USCIS about (Family in India) and they said, they will have extension of 60 days from deadline to respond (Deadline is Oct 30) due to COVID. Since, I have my medicals ready to respond but spouse and kid can not send unless they come back to USA. I have following questions. (1) Can I send only my medicals and get green card alone? (2) Can spouse and kid send their medicals later once they are here in USA? (3) Is it required to send RFE together and do I need to wait for them to be here and respond to RFE together? (4) Since they have valid Advance parole, can they be able to enter USA with valid advance parole after I get my green card. Thank you in advance. Quote Link to comment
