Dsss Posted August 18, 2020 Report Share Posted August 18, 2020 Hi - My parents came to US on Tourist Visa November (2019) and we filed the extension on May'2020 due to COVID and requested to admit them until Oct'2020...Received the case number and that's still in "Case was Received" status...now it's close to October and we are still not comfortable sending them back as they are on their late 60's, so can we apply the extension again or have any other options for extending their stay? At the same time, we don't want this to impact their future travel too. Please advise. Quote Link to comment
