Aritra
Hi, I am working for Company A i.e. under their payroll. My H1 max out is in March 2021 and my employer i.e. Company A is yet to file the PERM for me and seems they don't have any plan for 2020. Hence it seems it inevitable that I might need to leave the US after March 2021 as maxing out H1B. I want to know if there's any other option that would help me to continue my work status in the US? Can I work with Company A and go with Company B who can help to file my PERM without affecting the interest of Company A? If 'no', but my current employer Company A files my PERM by this year-end, would it be fair enough time to get it approved by March 2021 before by max out so I can apply for the next extension? Please advise. Thank you. - AS Quote Link to comment
