During this time I also got an H1 from a different employer and the H1B is valid till June 2022. I was going to travel back to India for Visa stamping this April but could not go due to Covid 19. Can I change my status from L1B to H1B? My new employer is willing to file change of status. I want to know what is the procedure and pros and cons of doing a change of status or waiting. The current stamp on my visa is expired however I have an i94 valid till Dec 2020 Appreciate all the help! Quote
