He worked in a managerial position in india for a USA based company for more than 2 years and he resigned the job before joining in USA for same company. The us based job is not company transfer, he resigned the job in india and joined as individual contributor role in same team on h4 ead. Is 1 year managerial position requirement is only in foreign country or he should be in a manager position in USA as-well to qualify for eb1c?. is he eligible for filling gc under eb1c category?
