hectar Posted August 5, 2020 Report Posted August 5, 2020 Hello, i have applies for h1,h4,h4 ead in feb 2020, h4 and h4 ead applications are still pending. My h1 application is approved upto 12/2020. iam planning to renew my h1 now again, if i get new h1 for 3 years before h4 and h4 ead applications are approved, will h4 and h4 ead validity be given as per my new h1? Or uscis is going to renew h4 and h4 ead only till 12/2020? please suggest Quote
