The visa officer put the stamp Cancelled without Prejudice. Also I applied for extension in my last visit to US and got the approval and travelled back to India right after 8 days. Now I want to reapply, how lucky I will be get the visa again please suggest. Quote Link to comment
JoeF Posted August 3, 2020 Report Share Posted August 3, 2020 CWOP is an administrative cancellation. They just cancel old visas so they are not used by accident. It had no effect on getting a new visa. Quote Link to comment
