muduchiTheru
Hello I recently filed for my parents for their visitors visa extension. We paid the appropriate fes ($540) in the form a check and submitted it with the rest of the application. But USCIS rejected our application because of incorrect amount. We double checked the check that was sent, the amount and the payee seems to be correct. Yet we have no clue why it was rejected. My parents visa is set to expire in a couple of days. Can you please help us understand what the correct fees should be? Thanks Vas Quote Link to comment

Thanks Vas The USCIS website lists the filing fee for an I-539 as $370, plus $85 biometric fee for each co-applicant, which indeed adds up to $540. Maybe do separate checks? starsshalu3645
Hi @muduchiTheru I had applied with $370 as payment and still got rejected due to incorrect payment. Can you please let me know what did you end up doing? Did you file again? If yes, what was the payment? Quote Link to comment
ashik
Do we need to send separate checks for biomterics and filing fee? Actually I sent $540 in one check for two applicants. Edited August 19, 2020 by ashik Quote Link to comment
