I485 filing - Birth cer

Hi All,

 I am in process of filing for AOS under EB1 category. I have following doubt about birth certificate.

My Passport and and educational and employment certificates contain my first name as "<My name> <Father's name>".

But birth certificate has field Name of Child as "<My name>".

Do I need to make any correction or have affidavit for birth certificate ?
